Termly  or  Full year care

Here at Birch farm we have a wide variety of sessions to try to encompass the varied needs of both working and non working families. We are also happy to offer additional one off sessions and swap sessions subject to availability for those unpredictable life experiences.

 The main sessions are written below, we operate on open door policy and you are welcome to drop off and collect your child at any time during the session you have booked. If you don't see something you need please ring and discuss it with Sarah or Nick  the nursery managers to try to reach a suitable compromise.

7.30am or 7.45am Early starts and 6.30 finishes can be arranged to support the needs of working parents as required please ask for further details.

 

  • For those children in receipt of the Early Education Government funding  a maximum of 15 hours per week 38 weeks per year. Although parents are welcome to top up the Government funded sessions to longer days if required. The maximum number of funded hours you are allowed to use in one day is 6 hours. Gov funding dees not cover the cost of meals and these will be added to your invoice.

  • Morning session/afternoon session: 9am - 12noon/1pm - 4pm

  • Morning session with lunch: 9am - 1pm

  • Afternoon session with lunch: 12noon - 4pm

  • Half days:8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm

  • Core day: 9am - 4pm

  • Core day with breakfast: 8am - 4pm

  • Full day:  8am to 6pm or 7.30am - 6.30pm

Birch Farm is open 51 weeks per year except bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year from 7.30am to 6.30pm
