Birch Farm operate a holiday club following the Hadleigh School Pyramid dates. Our Barnaby's holiday club operates in two groups. We offer care for children from 2 years 6 months up to 5 years in our Badgers group and 5 years and above, up to and including 10 years in our Racoons group. The children have a variety of activities in which to participate following a theme for each holiday. Barnabys is open every school holiday. Booking may be made for a day, days or full weeks on a first come first served basis. Conformation will be sent upon receipt of signed forms and an invoice forwarded to you for immediate payment. Please note Badgers costs include all meals due them being based in the Acorns room. Racoons full day cost includes a cooked tea served at around 4.00pm.Late Collection: children collected after 6pm will incur a charge of £10WHAT TO BRING: Racoons

SAFETY:At Barnabys safety is paramount. Qualified instructors supervise all specialised activities. Daily risk assessments are completed and more detailed risk assessments are undertaken annually. Staff are trained in First Aid and regularly briefed on all aspects of safety procedures. We operate a staff to child ratio of at least 1:8. Our Lifeguards are R.L.S.S. qualified. All children are assessed by the swimming team before they swim to establish their ability. STAFF:All of our holiday clubs have qualified and experienced staff who are committed to ensuring the children have an enjoyable fun filled day. ADMISSION POLICY:Booking forms must be completed and signed. You will then be sent confirmation of your booking along with a ‘registration form’ if required and an invoice which should be paid by return , should you wish to discuss payment, please contact Birch Farm. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or employers vouchers schemes. Each day/course has a maximum number of places available, once full, no more bookings can be accepted. Cancellations should be made 48hours prior to attending and you will be issued a credit for future use. Any medication to be administered at Birch Farm, must be documented and signed for. Discounts are available for families booking more than one child, please see booking form for details. Birch Farm reserves the right to alter the content of the programme without prior notice. Children will not be accepted at Barnabys while they are ill with an infection or contagious disease and no child is able to attend again until they have been fit and well for 24 hours.
