Here at Birch Farm we operate a wide variety of sessions to suit the varied needs of both working and non working parents, we also offer a variety of discounts on the table below the less 5% box indicates the price if you pay your invoice by standing order see terms and conditions.

The following prices include all meals, formulas & nappies (except 3hr sessions)

Below you will find our pricing structure for our sessions. These are divided by age accounting for the adult / child ratios we adhere to.

0-2 year old prices

2-3 year old prices

3-5 year old prices

SNACKS/LUNCH/TEA

All snacks and drinks are provided at regular intervals and are included in the above prices.  Lunch, if extra to booked session, will be charged at £4.00 excluding care cost. Breakfast £2.00 and Tea £3.00, if extra to a booked session excluding care costs.

 Should circumstances arise the following hourly rates will apply:

Catkins                                                              £6.30                £5.99 (less 5 %)

Pippins                                                               £6.02                £5.71 (less 5 %)

Acorns                                                               £5.92               £5.62(less 5 %)
